Why Coach Training Alliance
Coaching Philosophy
CTA’s coaching philosophy is aligned with the International Coaching Federation’s philosophy of coaching. Coaching is a co-creative process between a coach and client. Coaching honors the client as being creative, resourceful and whole, the expert on themselves. Through the coaching process, clients tap into their own knowledge, wisdom and vision to create new awareness, intent and opportunities for success. Coaches partner with clients to clarify the client’s agenda, listening deeply and effectively.
Training Delivery
The Certified Coach Program is a combination of live teleconferencing, online curriculum, an interactive virtual classroom, and a student forum. All trainings are held virtually and ask powerful questions that allow for a client’s self-discovery.
Exclusive Learning Model
With the amount of information doubling every three to four years, dropping out of continuing education is dropping out of life. It used to be you could attend school, graduate and know most everything you needed to know for the rest of your life. Today, in the fourth year of college, 60% of what students learned in their freshman year is either inaccurate or no longer applies. Can you imagine what the applicable knowledge level might be if you graduated ten or twenty years ago? Lifelong learning is the only sustainable competitive advantage.
